Shifting your practice to a slower pace can help you stay in touch with your emotions and the physical changes taking place. Staying with your breath, and directing your attention to your body in new ways as you are now nourishing new life
Keep moving: even a slow, meditative walk may make you feel better
Keep crackers by your bed, and eat one or two before you even get up in the morning
All things ginger, such as tea (crushed ginger in hot water, steeped for ten minutes)
